Our speakers are poet Dionisi o Salas Astorga and accomplished translator Adrian a Uribe. \n \nAdriana Uribe graduated in Psychology before leaving her countr y of origin (Colombia). Personal circumstances too k her to live in Oman\, Indonesia\, the US\, Argen tina and the UK. She obtained the Diploma in Publi c Service Interpretering\, and her CELTA certifica tion before completing her Masters Degree in Trans lation Studies at the University of Aberdeen\, Sco tland. She is a freelance Chartered Linguist and w orks in areas related to language and integration. Her personal interest in Latin American literatur e and her understanding of the impact that languag e barriers have on individuals\, groups and societ y at large\, have shaped her approach to collabora te with international NGOs as a translator\, inter preter and trainer.

He is a teacher of literature and finished his M asters Degree in Contemporary Literature from Arge ntina at the Faculty of Philosophy and Literature of the National University of Cuyo.
